You may apply for a credit refund within 30 days of using your credit if:

• The report you generated has errors or discrepancies
• You did not receive a report
• Other legitimate reasons

To apply for a credit refund, email us at [email protected] with details of the issue.

Note: If you’ve generated a no-findings report, we will automatically return your credit. You can use it immediately to check another vehicle.
